Families
were able to feel the holiday spirit as they walked into the South Franklin Community
Center while Christmas music played in the background. Festive holiday
decorations were displayed throughout the building thanks to our handy elves at Google and our craft class. Hot chocolate and hot apple
cider helped those in the cold outside temperature feel warm and toasty. There were plenty
of treats and goodies for all. Christmas came early this year, as the big man
himself, Santa Claus, took time out of his very busy schedule to spread some
Holiday cheer.
We
would like to thank the following for their food donation: Cupcake Chic, The
Cocoa Bean Cupcake CafĂ©, and Blickenstaff’s. We would like to give a huge heartfelt
thank you to Mr. & Mrs. Claus who traveled all the way from the North Pole
to make sure that everyone had a magical time. We appreciate all those involved
in helping us make this event successful and enjoyable.
