Conozca Su Corazón ("Know Your Heart")

Written by Karina Gibson, Program Coordinator of Conozca Su Corazón.

The American Heart Association is currently offering a free health course to Hispanics of Utah called Conozca Su Corazón (translated as “Know Your Heart”).  The program is geared towards helping  improve their overall health and reduce their risk for heart disease through a one-hour, once a week course that lasts a month.  The course includes Hands-Only CPR training, a health evaluation, healthy recipes, support for improved nutrition and exercise, connection to healthy resources, ways to lose weight in a healthy way, and a raffle for those who complete the course.

We would love to see you at Conozca Su Corazón on Saturday mornings at the South Franklin Community Center! The class will start up again on May 2nd at 10:15 am!
